The King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes is the big race at Ascot on Saturday with StanJames.com making Nathaniel 3/1 joint favourite. The firm's Rory Jiwani said, "John Gosden's four-year-old has been popular despite having what looked a hard race in winning the Eclipse two weeks ago. He's now 3/1 with Sea Moon also 3/1 and St Nicholas Abbey a 4/1 shot for Aidan O'Brien. Melbourne Cup winner Dunaden is 6/1 while last year's Arc heroine Danedream is an 10/1 chance and it's 20's bar in what looks a vintage renewal.
"Also on the card is the International Stakes handicap with StanJames.com going each-way five places on what is bound to be a fiercely competitive affair. We've seen plenty of money for Edinburgh Knight today with Paul D'Arcy's gelding now 11/1. Last weekend's Bunbury Cup winner Bonnie Brae is 10/1 with Buckingham Palace Stakes victor Eton Forever 11/1 and it's 14/1 bar those."
"There is also the Summer Mile with The Queen's Carlton House odds-on for Sir Michael Stoute. While he is the class horse in the race, the drop in trip is a slight concern with Andrew Balding's rapidly-improving Tullius a 6/1 shot."
