Theory heads 1000 Guineas market

Stan James have made Prestige Stakes winner Theyskens Theory their new 8/1 favourite for the 1000 Guineas 2011 Outright ante post market.

The betting change follows the success of Misty For Me in the Group One Moyglare stakes at the Curragh on Sunday afternoon.

Memory has been eased from 9/2 to 10/1 following a below par run in Ireland, with Brian Meehan's Theyskens Theory now fancied to take the Newmarket Classic.

Stan James' Head of PR Charlie McCann said: "For the third time this season an unbeaten Hannon juvenile has lost his/her unbeaten record abroad stepped up to Group One company for the first time.

"Misty For Me looked the stable's number 2 on jockey bookings but she gave Aidan O'Brien her first win in the race since Rumplestitskin in 2005 and she has been given an opening show of 12 for the fillies' classic."
