Next two games vital - Evans
Ched Evans believes Wales' next two friendly matches against Sweden (11/10 to beat Wales with Stan James) and Croatia will be vital in the build-up to their Euro 2012 qualification campaign.
The Welsh welcome the Swedes to the Liberty Stadium looking to put their disastrous World Cup qualifying campaign behind them.
Wales (25/1 to qualify for Euro 2012) finished fourth in their World Cup group and look to be up against it again if they want to qualify for the European Champions have been drawn in the same group as England, Switzerland, Bulgaria and Montenegro.
The news that midfielder Aaron Ramsey will miss the start of the qualification campaign hasn't helped John Toshack's cause as he looks set to test his youngsters in Wednesday's game with Sweden.
Wales looks set to start with Jack Collison, David Vaughan and Simon Davies in midfield with Ched Evans (9/4 to score anytime with Stan James) and Simon Church (9/4) leading the attack in the absence of Craig Bellamy.
Evans believes he can fill Bellamy's shoes but is still expecting a tough time against Sweden.
"Tonight's match is tough," said the Sheffield United forward.
"They have a powerful team and it's the right test as we prepare for the Euro qualifiers.
"These next couple of games for Wales are vital as we aim to make sure we click in time for our first qualifying match."
