Trott targets "beatable" Proteas

England batsman Jonathan Trott believes his side can bounce back after their shock defeat to Ireland and beat South Africa on Sunday (England 6/4, South Africa 8/15).
The clash against the Proteas in Chennai is another major test for captain Andrew Strauss and his team, which has been made even more important due to England's defeat to the Irish.
England (10/1 to win Group B) must now win two of their three remaining Group B games if they want to progress to the latter stages of the ICC World Cup.
The England squad have come in for some heavy criticism for their fielding in the tournament so far, with disappointing performances against the Netherlands and Ireland.
However, Trott has insisted that England can beat South Africa when the two sides meet on Sunday.
He said: "They are obviously a well-drilled side. With Imran Tahir now in the team, they have a few more options in the spin department - and they seem to have a few powerful batters as well.
"They are a good all-round team but definitely on the day of the week we hit our straps we can compete - and they are very beatable."
