Terms and Conditions

1. Only Players invited by email can participate in the the above Blackjack Promotions.
2. To become eligible for Blackjack Wednesday must deposit a minimum of £50 on a Wednesday during September and turnover at least £500 from that deposit on the same Wednesday at any Blackjack table to qualify for the bonus chip (Blackjack Tournaments are excluded)
3. Only play between the hours of 00:01 and 23:59 BST each Wednesday in September 2009 will count towards the turnover requirement, any play outside of these times will not count towards a players turnover.
4. All Wednesday Casino bonus chips will be awarded throughout the following day (Thursday)
5. The Wednesday promotion is only valid for each Wednesday during September 2009. Players can not make multiple claims and the maximum amount any player can claim is Twenty (25) units of currency, players cannot carry over deposited funds or turnover to another Wednesday.
6. The Bad Beat promotion is valid from 1st September 2009 until 30th September 2009 at any Blackjack Table; refunds out of these dates will not be given. (Blackjack Tournaments are excluded)
7. To qualify for a Bad Beat the player must stand on either 19 or 20 and the dealer must beat the player with either 20 or 21.
8. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that when claiming the Bad Beat reward to supply the Game Play ID, if a player cannot supply this information then no refund shall be given, the maximum refund per hand is Twenty (20) units of currency. If a players bet exceeds Twenty (20) units then a refund shall be given up to Twenty (20) units of currency only.
9. A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and only one (1) bonus offer can be claimed per person
10. The player has ten (10) days to play the bonus before the bonus amount becomes void.
11. Stan James reserves the right to discontinue this bonus offer or to change the conditions of its issue and use at any time, without prior notice
12. Stan James reserve the right to withhold the amount of any bonus issued from a members cash withdrawal.
13. In the event of abuse of this promotional offer Stan James reserve the right to prevent any members or group of members from re-entering the casino.
